Providing an all encompassing delivery policy is a little challenging with the varied products that we offer.
iPowerboat aim to have all Gill clothing and equipment delivered to UK mainland addresses within 3 business days. Delivery will take 5 days for Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Tohatsu Outboard delivery times vary depending on the stock help with Tohatsu. Most outboards can expect to be delivered within 2 weeks and no more than 4 weeks. More commonly purchased outboards can be delivered quicker.
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product. You can return any unwanted item with a valid proof of purchase within 28 days of delivery of the item for a full refund or replacement providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact. Returns are free of charge in the UK by using the return postage label provided with the delivery note. This does not effect your statutory rights.
All Tohatsu Outboards come with a 5 year warranty for leisure use, and 2 year warranty for commercial users providing the servicing schedule is adhered to.
An authorised Tohatsu Service Centre must perform the recommended routine servicing/maintenance, repairs and log these on-line.
The recommended service intervals must be strictly adhered to:-
3mth, 12mth, 2yr, 3yr, 4yr, 5yr or 20hrs (10hrs for Two Stroke or TLDI Models), 100hrs, 200hrs, 300hrs, 400hrs, 500hrs etc whichever comes sooner.
Off-season and pre-season checks and maintenance must be carried out.
Only Tohatsu genuine parts and recommended oils and lubes may be used for service and repairs.
The Tohatsu Dealer must keep all service invoices for a minimum of 5 years.
