Founded the company in 2011. Small commercial vessel specialist. Will always be found doing something with or near boats!
Ryan is involved with everything! Invoices, inspections, training, and keeping our company running.
Kerry Tozer
Sales & Student Advisor
Being married to Ryan means she doesn’t like boats anymore - we’re only joking!
Kerry is responsible for qualification processing, organising stock for our courses and credit control.

Stewart boasts a wealth of knowledge when it comes to safety at sea, and he’s great in putting that across!

Advanced Powerboat Instructor, Shorebased Navigation Instructor, VHF SRC Assessor, Radar & Electronic Nav instructor.
When Sean isn’t teaching, you’ll find him windsurfing.
Ian Armstrong
Head of Maintenance
Ian is the ‘machine’ that keeps the Kinlochleven centre looking as good as it does - which is a continuous task.
Laura Smith
Instructor & Commercial Compliance
Laura is an RYA Powerboat Instructor, and also helps Ryan organise the training for our commercial clients with training gap analysis.
Laura has a background from Outward Bound, and can transition a career of skills from there to our commercial maritime industry.
