Highfield Level 2 Food Safety at Sea.
We offer the Highfield Level 2 Food Safety at Sea course which is accepted by the MCA (also known as Food Hygiene), which are listed in MIN 689 and are suitable for crew working in the maritime industry where food handling takes place such as superyachts, workboats, cruise ships, ferries and offshore supply vessels.
This course meets the requirements of the requirements set out in table A5.3 of Workboat Code 3.
