Ryan founded the company back in 2011. Since then he has grown the company from being self employed to a limited company offering diverse training courses and creating unique training solutions for corporate clients.

Ryan currently deals with all corporate customer relations. Has developed bespoke training courses, and has personally trained a significant proportion of the aquaculture industry.
